Pam Carver

Originally from Iowa, I made Middle Tennessee my home and began my real estate career in 2017. Before real estate, I spent many years as a nurse, and caring for people has always been at the heart of everything I do. Today, I bring that same compassion, honesty, and attention to detail to every client I serve.
Buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest decisions, and I believe you deserve someone who will listen, communicate clearly, and guide you every step of the way. My faith, integrity, and commitment to serving others are the foundation of both my life and my business.
I'm incredibly grateful for the trust my clients have placed in me over the years. Their referrals and kind words mean more than any awards. To me, my clients' success is the greatest measure of my own.
Serving others has always been important to me. While living in Iowa, I helped launch a new church and organized fundraising efforts that provided more than 250,000 meals for those in need. Today, I'm proud to stay involved in our community as a member of the Tullahoma Area Chamber of Commerce.
My career has taken me from earning my LPN in high school to becoming a Registered Nurse and Certified Medical Coder. I've worked in patient care, managed state and federal quality improvement contracts, and even helped create a virtual nursing program for an outpatient surgery center. Those experiences taught me how to solve problems, stay organized, communicate effectively, and truly care for people—all skills that continue to serve my real estate clients every day.
When I'm not helping buyers and sellers, you'll usually find me spending time with my family. My husband and I have two grown children, two wonderful daughters-in-law, and two amazing grandsons who keep life fun and full of joy.
One of the greatest blessings of my career has been the relationships I've built with my clients. Many who begin as clients become lifelong friends, and there's no greater compliment than when they trust me enough to refer their family and friends. Real estate is about so much more than buying or selling a home—it's about building lasting relationships, walking alongside people during one of life's biggest milestones, and being someone they can count on long after the closing table.
